K&C Specialties, Inc. is a packing facility that packs and distributes fresh culinary herbs since 1990 in Los Angeles, CA. The Company is dedicated to provide our customers with the best and freshest vegetables in the market.

We, at K&C Specialties, Inc. are committed to producing, handling, and distributing fresh culinary herbs, fruits and vegetables with the highest standards for food safety and quality. We do this by making Food Safety an important part of our operations and by working very hard at producing quality fresh products.

Because we are committed to maintaining the quality, safety, and security of our fresh herbs, we integrated and maintain a Food Safety Program into out packing facility operations. We want to make certain that all possible precautions are taken to provide a good level of safety, and protection from receiving, through packing, to distributing of our fresh products.

The goal of our food safety program is to maintain a pro-active system against contamination so that potential food hazards (physical, chemical, or biological) are minimized, neutralized, or monitoring of potential hazards in the operations, environment, and product from the time the raw products arrive at the facility until they are shipped to their destinations.
